How to properly arrange the transfer service

Transfer is not only a trip from point A to point B. For a guide, it is an opportunity to meet a tourist in person, introduce him to the city and get a client on excursions.

The clearer and more attractive the card is, the easier it is for a tourist to choose your offer.

What to show the client:

Route: Where → where: airport → hotel, hotel → airport, between cities, trip to the event, etc.
Car: Make and model, number of passengers, amount of luggage, air conditioning, car seat and other amenities.
Meeting: Where you will meet a tourist, whether there will be a nameplate, whether you track the flight, whether you help with luggage.
Cost: Specify the cost of the entire trip and what is included in the price.
Features of your service: Tell us how your transfer differs from a regular taxi.

For example:
