User Agreement (Site Use Rules)
Tourist aggregator of author’s travels and excursions (Editorial of December 26, 2025)
1. General provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the use of the site personalguide.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), including all sections, functions and related services.
1.2. Operator of the Platform - Limited Liability Company "Partner" (INN 6673183704, OGRN 1086673006914).
1.3. The platform is an information intermediary (aggregator) that allows tourists to search for and coordinate services (excursions, tours, transfers, etc.), and guides and companies to post offers. The operator is not a service provider, tour operator or travel agent (in accordance with Federal Law No. 132-FZ “On the Basics of Tourist Activities in the Russian Federation”). All contracts for services are concluded directly between the tourist and the performer.
1.4. By using the Platform (browsing pages, registering, placing requests or announcements, participating in dialogues), you fully accept the terms of the Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using immediately.
2. Registration and accounts
2.1. Full functionality requires registration with reliable data (name, email, phone and others). It is forbidden to create fake, multiple or anonymous accounts.
2.2. You are solely responsible for the security of your account, password and all activities under it.
2.3. The Operator has the right to request data verification, block or delete the account in case of suspected violations without explaining the reasons and without returning the paid options.
3. Functionality of the Platform
3.1. Tourists create requests for services, performers (guides, companies) - place ads with descriptions.
3.2. Interaction is carried out through “Dialogues” (chat on the Platform). Contact details are disclosed mutually only after agreeing on the terms of the service.
3.3. Performers undertake to respond to requests within a reasonable time (recommended no more than 5 days); prolonged inaction may lead to the concealment of the ad.
3.4. It is forbidden to bypass the system of Dialogues: transfer contacts, links or negotiate outside the Platform before official disclosure.
4. Content and Advertising
4.1. All content (texts, photos, videos, descriptions) must be authentic, legal, and comply with legal requirements (e.g. having the necessary licenses for regulated services).
4.2. It is forbidden to publish open contact information in ads or images (except for special paid options).
4.3. The operator has the right to moderate, edit (to improve stylistics, SEO, image optimization – cropping, brightness correction) or remove content without prior approval and without changing the main meaning.
5. Reviews and ratings
5.1. Only tourists who have completed the interaction through the Dialogue and received the service (after disclosing contacts) can leave feedback. One review per service or interaction.
5.2. Reviews should be honest, constructive, based on personal experience. It is allowed to attach a photo or video from the service for confirmation.
5.3. Prohibited from reviews:
5.4. The operator moderates reviews: the right to edit, hide or delete them at its discretion without giving reasons.
5.5. The Contractor has the right to publicly respond to the review within the established time limits (no later than 14 days from the date of publication).
5.6. By leaving feedback, you grant the Operator a perpetual, free, non-exclusive license to use text, photos and videos for the purposes of the Platform (including promotion and analytics).

7. Personal data and cookies
7.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Federal Law No. 152-FZ. You consent to the transfer of contacts in the Dialogues and cross-border transfers in global use.
7.2. The Platform uses cookies to improve functionality and analytics; by continuing to use, you agree to this.
8. Liability
8.1. The Operator is not responsible for the quality, safety, terms or consequences of the services of performers, as well as for the actions of users.
8.2. The platform is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uninterrupted operation or no errors.
8.3. The maximum liability of the Operator is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for paid options in the last 12 months.
9. Moderation, Complaints and Dispute Resolution
9.1. The operator considers complaints within 1-7 days and makes decisions on moderation at its discretion.
9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if consent is not reached, in court at the location of the Operator (Russian Federation, Yekaterinburg).
10. Changes and final provisions
10.1. The Agreement may be amended by the Operator; the new version is published on the Platform. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
