- documents confirming the rights of the legal representative (birth certificate of a minor citizen, act of the guardianship and guardianship authority on the appointment of a guardian or trustee)
- receipt for payment of the state duty (2500 rubles)
- two pictures
For minors under the age of 14, the list of documents for a new passport will be as follows:
- application for the issuance of a passport (1 copy)
- birth certificate
- documents confirming the rights of the legal representative: (birth certificate of a minor, act of the guardianship authority on the appointment of a guardian or trustee)
- identification document of the legal representative
- a document certifying the presence of citizenship of the Russian Federation (passport, passport of a parent, which contains information about a minor citizen, birth certificate)
- receipt for payment of state duty (1200 rubles)
