Advantages of renting apartments in Yekaterinburg

Despite the large number of hotels and hotels in Yekaterinburg, prices for accommodation in them are still quite high, which makes them inaccessible for many companies that send employees on business trips to Yekaterinburg for more than a day. In addition, during major events and holidays, hotels and hotels in the city are crowded. In such cases, renting an apartment for a day even in the city center is much easier and more convenient. And the cost of time to find the right option – sometimes even faster.

Moreover, only expensive hotel rooms have a toilet and a bathroom in the room. If you rent apartments for rent, the toilet and bathroom will be in it regardless of the cost of rent.

Customers who rent an apartment for a long time (several weeks) are usually given discounts, unlike hotels in which the cost of a room is fixed and is not subject to discussion.

Short-term (daily) apartment rental is a great opportunity for you to stay in the center of Yekaterinburg. You can fully enjoy the beauty of the capital of the Urals, and without unnecessary difficulties get to any point of the city. We offer a large number of apartments (one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments) with different levels of comfort at different prices.

The price range of renting an apartment varies daily from 1200 to 4000 rubles per day of stay.
The price of renting apartments depends on several factors. The most strongly on the price affects the location (proximity to the city center) and the condition of the apartment.

Do not forget about the seasonality of demand for rental apartments. In spring and autumn, due to the large number of exhibitions and other major events, it becomes difficult to find a vacant apartment, all apartments are booked in advance, and prices rise significantly, as demand in these months greatly exceeds supply. A similar situation is observed on holidays.
Our company, unlike other agencies and owners, does not overstate prices depending on seasonality and, on the contrary, operates on a flexible system of discounts.

The cost of daily rent does not change depending on the number of people staying in the apartment, unlike hotels, where the cost of living directly depends on the number of guests.
