Day of Professional Holiday of the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of AzerbaijanTaking into account the role of national diplomacy in the creation of the first democratic republic in the Muslim world and the process of building an independent Azerbaijan state at the present stage, and guided by the adoption of a temporary instruction on the secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 9, 1919, the President of Azerbaijan decided:

1. July 9 is celebrated annually as a professional holiday for employees of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
