Staffing of tax authorities of the republic more than 9000 peopleThe State Tax Service in the republic was established by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR dated 02.04.1990 No78 in the system of the Ministry of Finance of the BSSR as part of the Main State Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance of the BSSR and 185 state tax inspectorates in regions, cities, districts and districts in cities.

As of 01.02.2007, the staff of the tax authorities of the republic (without service personnel) is 9209 people. The structure of the Ministry includes 158 inspections of the Ministry, including 7 in the regions and Minsk, 151 in districts, cities, districts in cities. The staff of the central office of the ministry is 196 people.

Training of specialists for the tax service is carried out at the Belarusian State Economic University, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, at economic faculties of other educational institutions of the republic. Training of personnel is carried out on the basis of educational institutions at educational institutions of the republic. Among them, the leading place is occupied by the Institute of Higher Management Personnel of the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian State Economic University, the training center for training, advanced training and retraining of personnel of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.
