For 26 centuries of its existence, Marseille has absorbed the culture, traditions and customs from all over the world. The streets of Marseille are full of African and Asian colors. Sea air mixed with a cocktail of cultures, rich history and architectural heritage make Marseille unlike any other city in the world.
During the tour, we will take a ride along the famous Marseille embankment “Cornish”, where a taxi driver from the film “Taxi” so famously drove. We climb to the highest point of the Marseille to the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde, from where a wonderful panorama of the city and the sea opens. We will stop for a photo in the background of the castle If. Visit St. Victor's Abbey, Stock Exchange Palace. Admire the Palace of Longchamp and, of course, walk through the Old Port and the Opera district - the heart of Marseille.
It is not forbidden to make a stop in one of the many cafes and refresh yourself, perhaps, with the most popular alcoholic drink in Marseilles Pastis, and for lunch to order a plateau of fresh oysters and sea urchins or the famous Marseille soup bouillabes.
