On the flights "Victory" will appear standing seats
Low-cost airline "Victory" was able to inspire the emergence of seat options for actually "standing" seats - the carrier is going to order for new aircraft such seats, if they are certified and safe.
Various options and proposals are being studied in Pobeda that will increase efficiency and increase the number of budget tickets. By the end of 2018, the low-cost airline is going to increase the fleet by 12 aircraft. So far, Victory has 19.
Hamburg recently hosted an exhibition of interiors for aircraft, at which designers demonstrated an approach to the “arrangement” of passengers on board. The Italian company Aviointeriors introduced the SkyRider 2.0 seats, resembling saddles, thanks to them, passenger capacity will increase by 20%, and their weight is 50% less than usual.
As for comfort – “cowboys can stay in the saddle for hours, so passengers can,” the manufacturers say, and note that the physical activity necessary to stay in the saddle will be useful for passengers.
