"Aeroflot" did not let on board a passenger with too long fish

A member of the Public Chamber Andrei Maksimov said that he was forbidden to carry frozen salmon on board the Arkhangelsk-Moscow plane.

Maksimov said that at the check-in desk, he specified whether it was possible to take the fish into hand luggage, because if it bent its tail, it could go into the luggage frame.

During the landing, the security officer decided that the fish could not fly in the cabin - along with the tail, it is longer than the required 55 cm. Maximov decided not to argue, fearing to repeat the fate of the owner of the cat Victor, who was deprived of miles.

At the same time, he is going to seek a revision of the rules of carriage - they, in the opinion of the OP member, should become more unambiguous.

Judging by Maximov's comment, he still carried the fish - pink salmon safely flew to Moscow in the luggage compartment.
