Aeroflot will conduct export flights for Russians from Egypt and Sri Lanka

Aeroflot is organizing special flights for the return of Russians from Egypt and Sri Lanka.

The carrier’s press service informs: “Civil tickets received by Aeroflot round-trip with the used flight segment from the Russian Federation will be accepted for transportation <...> The declared but unused reservation will be canceled, and the refund on it will be unavailable.”

Flights will take place on March 14 and 15 from Colombo (Sri Lanka), Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt).

In the future, airline customers will be able to issue a refund for unused flights at any time until the end of 2022, regardless of the fare at which the ticket was purchased. There is an opportunity to reissue a ticket for another date for free before the end of the year with the preservation of the route.
