Afghanistan ready to receive tourists from Russia
In Afghanistan will be happy to see Russians and travelers from other countries, now the country is preparing conditions for the reception of foreigners.
This was announced by Niamatullah Musafer, Director of the Department of Tourism of the Ministry of Information and Culture of Afghanistan.
Musafer noted that there is no clear plan for the development of tourism in the country due to the difficult economic and political situation in the country.
“In the future, it is possible that the Department of Tourism will establish special offices in those Afghan provinces where there are attractions, and these offices will be engaged in attracting travelers.”
Attracting travelers is engaged in the state travel agency “Afgantur”. The issue of issuing visas to foreigners requires coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“It is possible that there will be some changes in visa matters in the future, but this will take time. We will be glad to see guests from Russia or any other countries in Afghanistan and will try to create all conditions for this.
