The airline “Russia” has reduced the rate of free baggage

Russia Airlines, part of the Aeroflot group, has reduced the free baggage allowance on some economy class flights. According to the portal FrequentFlyers.ru, the weight of free luggage was reduced from 20 to 15 kilograms.

On the website of “Russia” this parameter is recommended for passengers to check with tour operators.

We also add that the norm of hand luggage was reduced from 10 to 5 kilograms. This rule is valid until the transition to the summer schedule, that is, until the end of March.

The innovations affected flights on the Boeing-737-800 aircraft to popular tourist destinations inside the country and abroad. These flights cannot be booked through Aeroflot’s booking system, which sells tickets for other routes. The carrier implements them themselves.

Russia Airlines was established in 2011. It is based at St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport. The geography of its flights exceeds 80 routes in Russia and 15 other countries.
