It is specified that the pet on board will need a rigid container up to 55×40×40 cm in size with a reliable locking device, the carrier must be secured with seat belts for the entire flight. The weight of the animal together with the carrier should not be more than 20 kg.
UTair retains free conditions for the carriage of guide animals accompanying passengers with reduced mobility or visual or hearing impairments.
It is possible to issue a ticket for a pet at the ticket office of the airline at the airport no later than 48 hours before departure. Soon this opportunity will appear on the website and in the mobile application.
