Austria lifts restrictions on air traffic with Russia

Austria November 9 lifts all restrictions on air traffic with Russia, but the rules of entry will remain unchanged.

Austria’s new foreign minister, Michael Linhart, said: We strongly welcome the Russian proposal and in response we will lift all restrictions on air traffic. Of course, the rules of entry remain unchanged.”

Entry from Russia to Austria is now possible, including on a tourist visa, but in the absence of a vaccination certificate, one of the drugs approved in the EU or WHO will have to serve a ten-day quarantine, which can be completed early if you take the test on 6 days on arrival.
