The British built a giant bench

In the county of West Sussex in the town of Littlehamptor appeared bench, the length of which is 324 meters. It has not yet broken the world record, but it is the longest in the country. Its construction cost £550,000, which was collected by private donations and a special grant from Studio Weave, the architect of the facility. The bench could be the longest in the world and can accommodate 800 people, as it is designed so that its length can be increased to 612 meters, although originally planned to 655. Now the bench, which owns a world record (501 m), is located in Germany near the Kiel Canal.
