What interests our compatriots in the Far East?
The portal "Rambler" from 25 to 31 August 2021 surveyed users, coverage amounted to almost one and a half million users, including 72% men and 28% women.
The majority of respondents (55%) did not visit the Far East for tourism and are still looking at the opportunity to learn about the region from the inside. 29% plan to travel in the near future. 8% have such a tourist experience. Residents of the region also took part in the survey - they turned out to be 8%, the study says.
The most attractive for tourism in the Far East, Russians consider the Kamchatka Territory - 37%, the second place is near the Primorsky Territory (17%), the third is the Sakhalin region (12%), every tenth would go to Transbaikalia. The rest of the Far East gained about 10% of the vote each.
Almost half of the respondents are ready to travel to the Far East if it costs no more than 30 thousand rubles. Almost a third (31%) called a comfortable amount from 30 to 50 thousand rubles. 11% are ready to spend 50-70 thousand rubles, 9% - to pay for the trip more than 70 thousand rubles.
An important factor in increasing the attractiveness of regional tourism will be low prices for air tickets (63%) and economical housing.
Every tenth person lacks information about the sights of the Far East, 10% would come to the region for a major music, sports, gastronomic festival or would visit author’s tours.
