What annoys travelers about each other?

The publication Travel Daily News conducted a global study of travelers, and found that the most annoying are noisy tourists, in second place were people with dependence on mobile devices, and the third – those who are indifferent to cultural nuances.

Almost half (47%) of respondents complain that travelers spend too much time on their mobile devices. Residents of Vietnam are more likely to find such travelers unpleasant, and Thais are less worried about this.

The survey found that tourists spend an average of about two hours on vacation using their mobile phones, a figure that is 15% longer than when they travel with friends and 26% more if with family.
Americans spend less time on their phones when traveling with their families than when they drive on their own.

The lack of sensitivity to local culture is most annoying for Singaporeans (63%), Filipinos (61%) and Malaysians (60%), about half of Britons (54%) and two-fifths of Americans (41%).
