Denmark lifts restrictions imposed due to COVID-19
Denmark’s Ministry of Health has proposed lifting all remaining COVID-19 restrictions from next week.
Denmark’s Health Minister Magnus Hojnicke said the government intends to follow the recommendations of experts who on Tuesday proposed lifting all restrictions by February 1.
If approved by the Parliament, nightclubs can open, and restaurants can sell alcohol and after 22:00 local time, passengers will board transport without sanitary protective masks.
Last week, similar proposals were made by the authorities of Great Britain, Ireland and the Netherlands.
