Debash on transport will be expensive: increased fines for hooliganism

The State Duma adopted in the first reading amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences, which were proposed by the government.

In September, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation drafted a bill that toughened the punishment for brawls on board aircraft. There is information that fines for non-compliance with the requirements of the commander of the liner will increase 10 times - from 2-5 thousand to 40 thousand rubles.

The penalty for non-compliance with the lawful orders of the pilot will increase from 2-5 thousand rubles to 20-40 thousand, and the fee for minor hooliganism on any public transport (railway, sea, inland water or air) will rise from 500-1000 rubles to 30-50 thousand rubles. Hooligans can be detained for up to 15 days.

Violation of the rules of photo and video shooting and the use of radio communications on board the aircraft will be subject to an administrative fine of 1000 rubles, and confiscation of material media with photo and video materials.
