The Deputy of the state Duma complained about high prices in the Crimea and Sochi

State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov from the party “United Russia” on the air of the National News Service said that “unfortunate” officials from Russia have no alternative to rest abroad.

Therefore, the idea of banning vacations in “sanctioned” Europe is inhumane. The MP believes that vacations at domestic resorts, even with the salary of deputies, are "too expensive."

Earlier, Rahman Yansukov, the head of the Association of entrepreneurs for the development of business patriotism “Avanti” spoke with a proposal to ban officials vacation in the countries that imposed sanctions on Russia. This idea was considered too excessive and unconstitutional.

Vitaly Milonov, in particular, said: If I am going to go to Greece for two weeks to rest, what am I violating some national interests? There are countries that are formally members of the European Union, but are absolutely friendly to us. The same Greece, Cyprus, others there, their people treat us well. Maybe it is pointless to go to France, because it is expensive there and it is wasteful, absolutely immoral to spend money there on vacation.

Talking about Crimea and SochiThe deputy spoke about the excessive cost and uncomfortable conditions: I have great respect for Crimea. But in the summer it is impossible, very expensive. Unfortunately, the service in Crimea for 25 years of Ukrainian rule simply remained at the primitive communal level. Milonov believes that in Sochi inflated prices, and said that the rest there he “can not afford”.
