Egypt is preparing for Russians tours to Mediterranean resorts
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will visit Russia soon to meet Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The exact date of the visit is not known, but it is likely that the heads of state will discuss the opening of charter flights.
Representatives of the tourism business of the Arab state intend to develop new tours to the resorts of the Mediterranean Sea for Russians with flights through Cairo on regular flights. According to experts, the cost of the offer should be quite high.
Maya Lomidze, Executive Director of the Association of Tour Operators, explains that the hotel capacity in Mediterranean resorts is not as large as in Sharm el-Sheikh or Hurghada. In addition, tourists will have to get on regular flights, which means that the price will be high.”
