The expert revealed the reasons for the popularity of the all inclusive system in Russia

President of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia Igor Bukharov believes that the popularity of the all inclusive system among Russians is explained by several reasons.

In the past, there was a constant shortage of food. Secondly, Russians are uncertain about speaking foreign languages, and do not understand the menu. “With all inclusive, they see everything and take it easy.”

The twentieth century passed for our people in wars, starting with the Russo-Japanese War, and ended with perestroika. It was an age of food scarcity. Therefore, our people want to eat a lot and inexpensively. "All inclusive" is like the usual Soviet dining room. According to the expert, the restaurant culture in our country is just beginning to take shape.

According to him, the sun and yachts are good, but tourists should first of all eat tasty... gastronomic tourism gives an opportunity to join the local culture.
