Another country abolishes visas for Russians

Russia and andorra They agreed on mutual abolition of visas. The corresponding agreement was concluded by foreign ministers Sergey Lavrov and Maria Ubakh.

The document on the conditions of refusal of visa formalities for mutual trips of citizens was signed on the sidelines of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers. The agreement will enter into force in 90 days.

Previously, Russians had to apply for a Schengen visa to Spain or France, because you can only get to Andorra through them. Andorrans were also required to obtain an entry permit.

The Principality of Andorra lies between France and Spain in the eastern part of the Pyrenees mountain system. The capital of Andorra la Vella is considered the highest mountain capital in Europe.
