COVID-free format: concerts, performances and performances in Moscow
From the order of the head of the Department of culture of Moscow it follows that during the events in the format of COVID-free spectators will be able to be without masks and gloves.
According to the order published on the website of the city hall, cultural institutions during cultural and leisure or entertainment events, such as concerts, performances, performances, lectures, creative meetings and film screenings, must limit the number of spectators to 50% of the total occupancy of the hall, while their number should not exceed 500 people, as well as subject to the availability of seats.
At the same time, the current restrictions, according to the order, do not apply to "organizing access for all visitors using QR codes." It is also allowed to find spectators without masks and gloves.
