International Living (USA) published the Annual Global Retirement Index 2020 – a list of countries suitable for retirees to move to.

In total, 24 countries participated in the top, the leaders - Portugal. Panama. Costa Rica.

The ranking of the best countries for the elderly is compiled annually based on factors: ease of obtaining visa documents and residence permits, availability of medicine, benefits, cost of housing and food, climate, ease of adaptation, entertainment, opportunities for small business.

The top ten countries are Portugal; Panama; Costa Rica. Mexico; Colombia; Ecuador; Malaysia; Spain; France; Vietnam.
