Experts found out which destinations were popular among Russian tourists during the past New Year holidays and how much the holiday cost.
Service Tvil reports that most travelers booked accommodation in Alushta, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar and Pyatigorsk. The rating also included Tyumen, Tula, Voronezh and Perm.
The average cost of a night on holidays increased by 35% compared to 2021.
The most expensive accommodation is in Moscow: on average, accommodation cost tourists 5 thousand rubles per day. And the cheapest was a holiday in Krasnodar: a little more than 2 thousand rubles for a room in a hotel for two.
