Indonesia cancels quarantine for Russians

Since March 23, Indonesian authorities have allowed foreigners, including Russians, to rest without quarantine in Bali and any Indonesian island.

Only PCR tests are required for entry.

To enter Indonesia, Russians need to obtain a business visa, which can be used for tourism. The document is issued through Indonesian host companies.

The first PCR test should be done within 48 hours of travel to Indonesia. The second is at the airport.

If the result of the PCR test is positive, then tourists are waiting for a 5-day quarantine in a special hotel at the expense of the insurance company or tourist.

Russians to enter Indonesia require:

  • Satellite V vaccination certificate or vaccines approved by WHO. The certificate is required for all tourists from the age of 18. Indonesia will not accept tourists without a vaccine or with certificates of a sick person.
  • Negative PCR test obtained within 48 hours of entering Indonesia.
  • Passport, until the expiration of which there will be at least 6 months.
  • Business visa issued through host Indonesian companies.
  • A medical policy covering the risks of covid infection.
  • Return plane ticket.

There are no direct flights to Indonesia yet, you can fly from Moscow with a connection, for example, through Doha.
