Italy recognises Satellite V vaccination under additional condition

Vaccinated against COVID-19 with two components of Satellite V will be able to issue a Green Pass in Italy, provided that an additional dose of Pfizer or Moderna is received within six months.

On November 5, this was reported by ansa.it, referring to the head of the Italian Ministry of Health Roberto Speranza.

This decision was made in the interests of citizens of San Marino, most of whom are vaccinated with Sputnik, and foreigners who are in the country legally – for work, study, who have a residence permit.

As for entry from Russia for tourist purposes, it is still impossible – the ban until December 15 and after the specified date should be extended or revised.

You can visit Italy for business purposes at the invitation of a partner, for example, as a participant of an exhibition or for negotiations. In this case, entry is issued for up to 120 hours.

There is an illegal stream of our travelers who travel to the country via Greece, Croatia, Hungary or on bogus business invitations. In case of detection of such violations, tourists face deportation and deprivation of a Schengen visa.
