From London to Aix-en-Provence will go trial train Eurostar

Eurostar opens a trial period for the new route from London to Aix-en-Provence from 4 May to 29 June.

Every Saturday, a train will depart from St Pancras Station, with a stop in Lyon and Avignon. If the experience proves successful, the company will establish a permanent connection to the southern provinces of France in 2015.

A round trip ticket costs 109 euros for a standard seat and 229 in first class. Those wishing to ride with the breeze should hurry, since three-quarters of tickets have already been sold and seats for three trains have already been seized.
