The head of Avtodor Sergey Kelbakh said that the road from Moscow to St. Petersburg will cost motorists two thousand rubles. The commissioning of a high-speed highway with a length of 684 kilometers is planned for 2018. The existing federal highway M-10 will be a free understudy.

 

The head of Avtodor explained that the figure refers to passenger cars - two thousand will be paid by travelers who are going to St. Petersburg on their own. Owners of trucks and tourist buses will need to pay more.
