The famous tourist attraction was a fake

The Sun reports that a popular tourist attraction in Morocco A tree with grazing goats turned out to be fake.

The investigation was conducted by the employee of the wildlife charity Born Free Foundation Aaron Gekoski. He determined that local farmers brought goats daily and drove them into the trees that grow on the roads between Marrakech and Essouira. Photographs of animals are charged to tourists.

“Seeing the tourist interest in tree-dwelling goats, some resourceful farmers decided to earn extra money. I heard that they bring animals from other regions, build platforms for them in trees, lure them up and then take money from tourists. At the end of the day, farmers take the goats home, and at dawn, they plant them again in the trees, says Gekoski. According to him, when animals stand still on branches, they look sick.

Also, according to the photographer, when one goat gets tired of standing on a tree, it is lowered down and changed to another.

At the end of 2018, the top world attractions were compiled, the visit of which was disappointing. The most hated among tourists were the cities of Italy, including Venice. The second place was taken by the city of El Giza, as the Great Pyramid was not as grand as tourists expected.
