How do Russians like to rest?

Analysts service Ostrovok surveyed more than two thousand users and found out how they prefer to relax.

Respondents were able to choose several answers.
For the sea, sun and beach voted 43% of travelers, slightly less (41%) chose excursions. So spend time on vacation agree 31% of men and 47% of women.

Forays to nature, involving visits to national parks and reserves, are chosen by more than a quarter of respondents (26%).
Hiking with tents and river alloys were in fourth place in demand among Russian tourists (16%). Moreover, they are in demand among men much more (24%) than among women (11%).
But women more often than men prefer to rest with health benefits and go to sanatoriums and medical resorts (14% vs 10%).

Mountain trips are more attractive to men (16%), and 10% of women voted for them.
Sports recreation, which provides for regular training, was the least in demand by Russians - only 8% of respondents are actively used to rest. And among men, the popularity of sports recreation is almost twice as high as among women – 11% against 6%, respectively.
