How is the Ministry of Tourism of Egypt working with Russia to launch charters?
Minister of Tourism and Antiquities of the Arab Republic Khaled al-Anani said that the authorities of Russia and Egypt are currently busy setting the dates for launching charter flights to Egyptian resorts.
“The governments of Egypt and Russia are coordinating to determine the date for the resumption of charter flights and inbound Russian tourism to Egyptian tourist resorts,” he said.
At the opening of the annual economic conference, Al-Ahram al-Iqtisadi said Egypt receives more than 500,000 foreigners every month.
According to the head of the department, 2019 became a record year in recent years in terms of profitability and the number of foreign guests, the number of travelers reached 13 million people.
