How to save on family vacations at sea abroad?

According to the statement of the Vice-President of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) Artur Muradyan dated June 1, the main factor of saving when planning family holidays at sea abroad is the choice of a period outside the peak tourist season.

The expert pointed out that, despite the current favorable purchase rate of tours (including peak August), the most rational solution to reduce costs is planning a trip in the off-season. At the same time, there is a minimal deterioration in climatic conditions with a significant decrease in the cost of services.

To optimize costs, Arthur Muradyan recommends:
consider dates in the range of ± 2-3 weeks from the planned period of the trip;
• track promotional offers of tour operators;
take into account special accommodation conditions (including free accommodation for children);
Choose the best type of food (breakfast or full board).

According to the expert, in 2026 the most attractive areas in terms of price and quality remain Egypt and Turkey.
