What are the prices for tourists in Cyprus in the summer of 2022?
Prices for accommodation in hotels in Cyprus in 2022 will be almost unchanged, moreover, hoteliers will offer Russian tourists discounts.
Cyprus Tourism Minister Savvas Perdios: “Cyprus hoteliers tried very hard not to raise the price of the product and at the same time to maintain the high quality of service, although it was not easy. It should be noted that the price increase did not exceed the inflation rate and was not more than 2%.”
This year, hotel rooms will be sold at special rates.
“At this difficult time, it is clear that every ruble or euro spent counts, especially given the serious exchange rate changes. And I think that the Cypriot tourist product will be very competitive thanks to this measure, he added.
In 2021, Cyprus was visited by about a million Russians (more than 800 thousand), 25% of the total tourist flow to Cyprus.
