Analysts of the OneTwoTrip service told about the most popular routes for the May holidays.
Experts noted that many Russians in May holidays in order to extend the rest, make a vacation between weekends (from 4 to 6 may and / or from 11 to 13 may).
From 1 to 15 May, the top most popular domestic airlines headed Moscow - 24.5%, then St. Petersburg (14.5%), Sochi (8.6%).
The list includes Kaliningrad (4.5%), Mineral Waters (3.7%), Kazan (3.2%), Makhachkala (2.9%) Yekaterinburg (2.5%), Ufa (2.1%) and Surgut (1.7%). Among foreign cities in the top are Istanbul (15.2%), Yerevan (12%) Antalya (6.9%), Bishkek (5%) and Tel Aviv (4.1%).
The list of popular railway destinations was headed by Moscow and St. Petersburg. Travels to Sochi, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol, Yekaterinburg and Tyumen are in demand.
