Which direction will be the most popular among Russians in the autumn? Prediction of specialists
The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) believes that Egypt will become one of the most popular destinations among Russian tourists in the autumn - up to 200,000 travelers will be able to visit it every month.
From August 27, direct flights to the Egyptian resorts of Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh on the Red Sea coast will be available from 41 regions of Russia.
The conversation is about regular, not charter flights, because at the meeting in Rosaviatsiya charter carriers had no chance to get admissions.
ATOR Vice President Dmitry Gorin noted that the volume of transportation from the capital to the resorts of Egypt can grow three times compared to the current situation.
If Egyptian airlines use their quotas in full, and the planes have maximum capacity, then Egypt’s resorts will be able to visit at least 90,000 tourists from Moscow every month.
