Kamchatka entered the top 25 best places for adventure

American magazine for motorists Gear Patrol presented the top 25 best places to travel in 2017, which included Russia.

According to the authors of the “Top 25 Best Places to Adventure” rating, this year it is worth visiting Canada, namely the province of Alberta and its famous mountains, drinking rum in Havana before it is too late; taking a ride in the mountains of Colorado, enjoying Japanese cuisine in Fukuoka, and then visiting Kamchatka.

As the authors write, it is almost impossible to get to the Kamchatka Peninsula, but this place is the dream of an adventurer. Little explored coast, incredible fishing, and the capital of the region – Petropavlovsk, is a very inaccessible city, cut off from the rest of the world.

The magazine also advises visiting Chile, Madrid, Bhutan, Minnesota, Utah, Arkansas, California and Idaho, Botswana, Thailand, Eastern Mongolia, France, Indonesia, the Western Balkans and Scotland.
