Qatar adds Satellite V to list of vaccines allowed
Ministry of Health katara announced the entry into force of new amendments to the rules that are established for citizens arriving in the state as part of the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
From October 6, the vaccines Sputnik V (Russia) and Sinovac (China) will be recognized.
Under the new rules, citizens arriving in the country will be required to take a PCR test within 36 hours of arriving in Qatar.
The countries under the new amendments will be divided into “green” and “red”. Upon arrival from the “green” list, a preliminary test for the virus can not be done.
Non-residents in Qatar will need to register on the ehteraz.gov electronic platform in advance of departure.
