China's problem: Will Crimea suffer?
There is a traditional problem with Chinese tourists, tour operators from St. Petersburg and Irkutsk talk about it.
Tourists from China want to interact with domestic travel agencies, and they, in turn, work directly with the “Crimean” companies, sometimes with questionable leadership.
Travelers from China and Thailand often choose the Crimea for their holidays - this information was published by the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
According to statistics presented by the tour operator Alean, two groups of travelers from Thailand studied the peninsula as a holiday destination this spring. The peninsula is very popular as an excursion route - guests visited the Crimea for 3-5 days, participated in tours along Yalta, in the royal palaces and on Ai-Petri, and also went to Chersonesos and Bakhchisarai.
Unfortunately, among the main difficulties is that “the inhabitants of the kingdom are poorly aware of the tourist opportunities of Crimea”, and the media often give negative information about the entry of Crimea into the Russian Federation.
