When does the Russian Union of Travel Industry recommend booking a summer vacation?
Vice-President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (PCT) Yuri Barzykin said that if you buy a holiday in Russia in advance, it will cost less.
According to the expert, it is impossible to say that prices for tours in Russia soared, especially if you compare them with vouchers to other countries, for example, to Turkey. The cost of foreign tours is affected by the exchange rate, so it is more expensive.
According to Barzykin, the authorities plan to launch flights on wide-body aircraft to foreign destinations popular among Russians - Turkey and Egypt. This means that the tariff will become cheaper.
On flights in Russia, airlines promised “to apply a loyal tariff policy.”
