Crimea: the requirement for a PCR test is abolished in the presence of a QR code when checking in hotels

On November 6, the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, amended the decree on high readiness in connection with the spread of COVID-19, and changed the requirements for accommodation in hotels.

Since November 8, when checking into hotels, you do not need to present a negative laboratory test result for the presence of a new coronavirus infection if you have a certificate of vaccination or a certificate of a transferred disease or a QR code.

The rule on the PCR test will remain only for those who have contraindications to vaccination, but this must be confirmed by documents.

The requirement to present QR codes and PCR test results when staying in hotels in Crimea was introduced from October 25. According to authorities, this reduced the load of official accommodation facilities by 20%.
