Where do Russians prefer to go on vacation?

The people of Russia would most like to visit Italy. France. USA and Turkey - such results were shown by a survey of the analytical center of NAFI.

The study involved 1.6 thousand Russians over 18 years old.
9% of respondents would like to see Italy and France, the United States and Turkey - 7%, and Germany - 5% of Russians.

4% of respondents dream of going to UK or Spain.

3% of respondents want to spend a vacation in Japan, India, China, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, CIS countries, Egypt, other countries of the Middle East.

The least Russians are interested in traveling to Czech Republic. Israel. Greece Scandinavian countries – 2% per destination.

1% of respondents would like to visit any foreign country. 9% of Russians do not want to go abroad.

Over the past year, every fifth resident of the country made tourist trips in Russia - 21%. Traveling abroad is 2.5 times less – 8%.

Residents of the North-Western Federal District (NWFD) most often went abroad - 14%, Moscow and St. Petersburg 15% of the people who travel to each city.

The OneTwoTrip service found in the spring that Russians reduced the duration of foreign trips compared to last year. In 2018, the average journey lasted 9.3 days, in 2019 – 8.7 days.
