Summer in Turkey became cheaper: prices for tours in March decreased
Analysts of ATOR analyzed prices for beach tours Turkey In mid-March 2026, they found that despite a slight increase in prices compared to February, summer holidays in the country remain more affordable than a year ago.
On average, tour packages with a flight, 10 nights at the hotel and the all-inclusive system rose by only 1.5%, but seven hotels even reduced prices by 4.5-22.6%.
The main discovery: compared to March 2025, the median cost of summer tours fell by 3.5%.
Interestingly, July and August rose in price minimally - only by 0.8% and 0.5%, respectively, but September, on the contrary, fell slightly - by 0.2%. This makes the velvet season the most profitable for a budget holiday: tours in September are 4.5% cheaper than in June, and compared to July and August, the difference reaches 10-15%.
Those who bought the tour in February, could save from 2 to 15 thousand rubles. But for those who waited, the situation turned out to be even more profitable: “late” tourists found hotels, where they saved up to 43 thousand rubles per package.
The cost of rest for two in March 2026 varies depending on the category of the hotel: from 130 thousand rubles for a 4-star hotel to 1.62 million for a heavy suite with premium service. Quality 4-star and budget 5-star hotels cost from 150 to 280 thousand, classic 5-star - from 230 to 410 thousand, and top hotels deluxe and premium - from 350 to 530 thousand rubles.
Analysts say mid-March is the perfect time to book. Prices are even lower than last year, discounts are active, and the choice is wide. However, by April, the situation may change: due to the geopolitical situation in the Middle East, Turkey is becoming an increasingly attractive alternative, and early booking discounts will begin to decrease.
If you are planning a holiday in Turkey in the summer - book before the end of March. The best prices are still there, especially in September.
