The fare will be introduced on the basis of the decree of the government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 2010 and the order of the government of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2014.
The amount of payment will vary depending on the type of vehicle and time of day. Discounts are organized for transponder owners – by the end of September 2016, the discount to the daily tariff will be 60%, to the night tariff – 20%. Payment is made at the toll point for 133 km of the route.
The fare will be charged for travel on the highway from 93 to 211 kilometers.
Tariffs are planned to make as follows:
Passage of passenger vehicles up to 2 meters high (including with a trailer up to 2 meters), multipurpose vehicles and motorcycles from 7:00 am to 0:00 (day fare) without a transponder will cost 150 rubles, with a transponder - 60 rubles until October 1, 2016 and 120 rubles from October 1. Night fare (0:00 – 7:00) will be 100 rubles. without a transponder and 80 rubles. with it.
- the cost of travel of medium-sized vehicles (including with a trailer above 2 m), vans on passenger chassis, pickups and minivans with a height of 2 to 2.6 meters in the daytime will be 220 rubles. without a transponder, 88 rubles. until October 1, 2016 and 176 rubles. from October 1. The night fare is 150 rubles. without a transponder and 120 rubles. with it.
Two-axle trucks, buses and tourist intercity buses with a height of more than 2.6 meters when driving without a transponder will cost drivers 300 rubles. in the daytime, with a transponder - 120 rubles. until October 1, and 240 rubles. from October 1, 2016. Night fare without a transponder is 200 rubles, with a transponder - 160 rubles.
- Trucks, buses, tourist intercity buses and vehicles of class 2 with a trailer above 2.6 m and the number of axles from three in the daytime without a transponder will cost drivers 450 rubles, with a transponder the amount will be 180 rubles until October 1, and 360 rubles from October 1, 2016. Night fare without a transponder will be 300 rubles, with a transponder – 240 rubles.
