The first flight of the charter program organized by the tour operator TUI Russia with the support of Rostourism and the regional government flew to Sakhalin Island on July 4.

Tour operator TUI Russia has planned 13 weekly flights from Moscow to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk on aircraft with a capacity of 340 seats.

Tourists have access to one of the three programs “Hello, Sakhalin!” in the format of “Light”, “Standard” and “Maxi”. Duration of tours – 8 days: flight, accommodation, transfers and excursions on the program. The cost of the program “Hello Sakhalin!”-Light starts from 28 thousand rubles per person.

The minimum package includes a sightseeing tour of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and an evening excursion to the Prigorodnoye village, where you can admire the picturesque panorama and visit the seafood market. Free time tourists can plan independently or purchase additional excursions.

The head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova emphasizes that thanks to charters, it was possible to reduce the cost of a trip to one of the most beautiful islands of Russia three times.

Sakhalin is one of the most remote and certainly interesting travel destinations. Of course, this is not an alternative to popular southern beaches, but a completely different format of summer holidays - in nature, in incredible beauty landscapes, active sports tourism, fishing ....

Minister of Tourism of the Sakhalin region Andrei Romashevsky added that Sakhalin is of interest to tourists and is associated with such objects: Aniva Lighthouse, Tikhaya Bay, Cape Bird (Giant).

The government has adopted a decree according to which tour operators organizing charter programs to the regions for the transportation of tourists will be able to receive compensation of costs in the amount of 50%. In total, 1.2 billion rubles will be allocated for subsidizing tourist flights.
