In Stavropol canceled QR codes for visiting public places

The Governor of Stavropol Vladimir Vladimirov signed a decree, according to which in the region suspended the need to present a QR code for vaccination against the coronavirus when visiting public places.

From December 24 to January 20, you do not need to show a QR code for vaccination against coronavirus or a disease when visiting public places.

Since December 8, museums, libraries, exhibition halls, theaters and concert halls, cinemas, catering enterprises, sports facilities and complexes, MFCs, beauty salons and beauty salons could be visited in the Stavropol Territory only if there was a QR code about vaccination or a disease. In case of medical withdrawal, a PCR test should be presented.

The same measures have been in effect since December 22 when placing citizens in sanatorium-resort institutions, boarding houses, rest houses, hotels, tourist bases, campsites, guest houses, country recreation centers and other similar facilities. This need was frozen until January 20.

The authorities of Stavropol considered the decision to introduce a temporary “moratorium” on the use of QR codes for vaccination against coronavirus or a disease when entering public institutions due to incoming applications from entrepreneurs about problems with the introduction of a system for checking QR codes.
