National project “Tourism and hospitality industry”: how will the authorities support the industry in 2022-2024?
Federal budget expenditures on the national project "Tourism and hospitality industry" in 2022-2024 are planned in the region of 168 billion rubles.
"Budget allocations for financial support of the implementation of the national project "Tourism and hospitality industry" are planned in 2022 in the amount of 52 840.9 million rubles, in 2023 - 57 811.3 million rubles, in 2024 - 57 337.0 million rubles," the draft document says.
In 2022, 38.785 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the federal project “Development of tourist infrastructure”, 12.488 billion for “Improving the availability of tourist products” and 1.566 billion for “Improving management in the field of tourism”.
It is planned to allocate five billion rubles annually for the cashback program or “providing state support to JSC National Payment Card System”.
Support for organizations that ensure an increase in the number of foreign tourists visiting Russia in 2022 is 748.6 million rubles, in 2023 - 1,048.1 million rubles.
It is planned to allocate 1.2 billion rubles annually to subsidize charter flights in Russia.
