Natalie Tours cancels all paid tours

Vladimir Vorobyov, director of the travel company Natalie Tours, announced the cancellation of previously booked tours, the company will not be able to send Russians abroad, because it lost control of the situation with partners.

“Now there is a problem associated with the fact that due to negative information, we cannot fulfill obligations to our partners over the past few days, and they correctly disconnect Natalie Tours from service,” Vorobyov told Ekho Moskvy radio.

V. Vorobyov says that the funds for booked tours will be reimbursed, but he admitted that now the time of return cannot be said. On his Facebook page, V. Vorobyov asks for help from domestic partners and employees of the company.

Alexander Osaulenko, director of the Association of Tour Operators "Tourist Help" is sure that the company has enough money to take tourists and pay compensation.

The company has canceled charters to Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey since June 30, citing deteriorating demand for charters.

Natalie Tours was founded in 1992, and for several years the company was among the five largest Russian tour operators.
