Jack was traveling with his family and met Violet at the airport. She probably told him about herself, her health problems, and her dream of flying first class.

It was later revealed that Violet worked as a nurse in the UK and the US. She often travels between the two countries, but doing so has become difficult since she recently underwent knee replacement surgery.

While boarding the plane, Jack found Violet among the other passengers and gave way.

Flight attendant Amy Leah said: I worked on hundreds of flights and enjoyed serving footballers, supermodels and Hollywood movie stars. But these two are my favorite passengers.”

She said Jack spent the entire flight in an economy class chair by the toilets and never asked the crew for anything.

Amy Leah shared that Violet was so happy she asked for a picture of her. "You should have seen her face when I put her in her bed after dinner," the flight attendant wrote.
